MCA RESCUE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MCA-Rescue.com and your interaction with MCA Rescue.
MCA Rescue is a business financial consulting, coaching, education, brokerage, and referral platform operated by UNIVERSOLUTIONS INC. in connection with Sebastien Boyer – The Approved Guy.
NATURE OF MCA RESCUE
MCA Rescue assists business owners in evaluating financial circumstances and understanding potential options that may be available to improve cash flow, address financial distress, obtain financing, strengthen credit profiles, reduce expenses, and improve overall business financial efficiency.
MCA Rescue may provide education, assessments, consulting, coaching, brokerage assistance, and introductions to independent third-party service providers.
MCA Rescue is not a law firm, debt settlement company, credit repair organization, bank, or lender.
MCA AND DEBT-RELATED MATTERS
MCA Rescue does not negotiate, settle, modify, restructure, or otherwise resolve debts or merchant cash advance obligations on behalf of clients.
When appropriate, MCA Rescue may educate a client concerning the general process and introduce the client to an independent attorney or law firm.
The client is under no obligation to retain any attorney or provider introduced by MCA Rescue.
If a client elects to retain an attorney or law firm, the relationship is established directly between the client and that provider under a separate agreement.
MCA Rescue does not participate in, direct, control, or supervise the attorney's legal representation, negotiations, or professional judgment.
NO RECOMMENDATION TO DEFAULT
MCA Rescue does not advise or recommend that a client intentionally miss payments, stop payments, cancel payments, block ACH transactions, default on an obligation, breach an agreement, transfer or conceal assets, or otherwise violate a contractual or legal obligation.
MCA Rescue may explain that certain options are generally available only when a business is already experiencing financial distress, delinquency, default, or an imminent inability to meet obligations.
That explanation does not constitute advice or encouragement to create a default.
Clients should consult qualified legal counsel before taking action that may affect their contractual obligations or legal rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MCA Rescue may introduce clients to independent third-party providers, which may include attorneys, law firms, lenders, funding providers, credit-repair companies, tax professionals, insurance professionals, accountants, and other businesses or professionals.
A referral or introduction does not constitute a guarantee of that provider's services or results.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the third party's own agreement, fees, disclosures, privacy practices, and terms.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, MCA Rescue is not a party to agreements between clients and independent third-party providers.
REFERRAL COMPENSATION
MCA Rescue or its affiliates may receive referral, brokerage, affiliate, marketing, commission, or other compensation from certain third-party providers where permitted by applicable law.
The possibility that MCA Rescue may receive compensation does not obligate a client to use the provider.
Clients remain free to seek independent providers.
CONSULTING FEES
MCA Rescue may separately charge fees for consulting, coaching, assessment, education, or other services it directly provides.
Any applicable fees and services will be disclosed to the client.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, consulting fees compensate MCA Rescue for its services and time and are not contingent upon or guarantees of financing, settlement, credit improvement, savings, business recovery, or another financial outcome.
BUSINESS FUNDING
MCA Rescue is not a bank or lender and does not lend its own funds.
MCA Rescue may act as a consultant, coach, broker, affiliate, or referral source concerning business financing opportunities.
All financing decisions are made by independent funding providers.
Approval, amounts, rates, terms, fees, collateral requirements, guarantees, and underwriting criteria are determined by the applicable provider.
No funding result is guaranteed.
CREDIT
MCA Rescue may provide general credit education and coaching.
MCA Rescue does not itself perform credit repair and does not guarantee the removal of negative information, an increase in credit score, or any particular credit outcome.
Credit-repair services, when requested, may be provided by an independent third-party provider under a separate agreement.
NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
General information provided through MCA Rescue does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, or other licensed professional advice.
Questions concerning taxes, employee benefits, insurance, savings, credit, debt, or other financial matters may be used to identify areas requiring additional evaluation.
Where specialized professional advice is required, clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client remains solely responsible for financial and business decisions.
Clients should independently review proposed transactions, agreements, service providers, risks, fees, and potential consequences before proceeding.
MCA Rescue encourages clients to ask questions and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
NO GUARANTEE
MCA Rescue makes no guarantee concerning funding, settlements, creditor cooperation, credit improvement, tax savings, expense reductions, cash-flow improvements, business recovery, or other outcomes.
Past results, testimonials, examples, case studies, and hypothetical illustrations do not guarantee future results.
WEBSITE AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Website information and educational materials are provided for general informational purposes.
Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, laws, financial programs, underwriting requirements, third-party services, rates, fees, and business practices can change.
MCA Rescue does not warrant that all website information is complete or continuously current.
SEPARATE AGREEMENTS
If a client retains MCA Rescue for paid consulting or coaching, the parties may execute a separate consulting agreement describing the applicable services and fees.
Independent third-party providers maintain their own agreements directly with clients.
PRIVACY
Use of MCA-Rescue.com is also governed by the MCA Rescue Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCA Rescue and its operating company shall not be liable for decisions, advice, acts, omissions, services, negotiations, outcomes, or conduct of independent third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
GOVERNING LAW
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
CHANGES
These Terms may be updated periodically. The “Last Updated” date appearing on the website identifies the current version.
